Transferts internationaux de donn\u00e9es<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10.1. En tant que soci\u00e9t\u00e9 bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Duba\u00ef, VLT Robotics peut traiter et stocker des donn\u00e9es dans les \u00c9mirats arabes unis, en Malaisie ou dans d'autres juridictions o\u00f9 nous disposons d'un h\u00e9bergement s\u00e9curis\u00e9.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10.2. Tous les transferts internationaux de donn\u00e9es sont effectu\u00e9s avec des garanties techniques et juridiques appropri\u00e9es pour assurer le respect des normes applicables en mati\u00e8re de protection des donn\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>11. Conservation des donn\u00e9es<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">11.1. VLT Robotics conserve les donn\u00e9es \u00e0 caract\u00e8re personnel pour une dur\u00e9e maximale de <\/span><b>quarante-huit (48) mois<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e0 compter de la date de la derni\u00e8re communication ou interaction enregistr\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">11.2.
